HI
Has anybody played with rear swaybars. Do they work on a 33 or a waste of time. Also i have been told out here in NZ that urethane bushes in the suspension will only cause cracking of mounts. This does not sound right to me. Comments please

I'm using PU bushes for a year now. I'll let let you know when my mount cracks. I don't see why it should. They seem rather soft to me. I'm using powerflex. And do note that they have the wrong sizes for pfr-111. damn. _________________ Each time I speed I say, "Dear lord, make me fast and accurate..." |

Thanks Serpent.
That relieves my mind somewhat. I know that there several different grades of urethane and this might be crucial to get right. I want to upgrade the whole suspension over time(springs, rideheight etc )and the bushes are an easy place to start. The roads in NZ where you can really use the alfa tend to be bumpy as well as winding and idont want to lose the alfas ability to soak up the bumps by turning it into a gocart.I used to be able to get both ends sliding at the same time when feeling brave but now the back end is letting go first like there is some movement there.Thankfully the little beast corrects easily.I dont think i have ever driven a car thts so much FUN ,even my old rally car.
