I've just installed my 16v engine after rebuilding it. Everything seems fine but I don't think the fan is cutting in. I don't wan't to risk running it too hot so can someone tell me what temp the fan should come on at? _________________ 16v p4 In pieces. |

I haven't got an Arna. Why does it say I have? _________________ 16v p4 In pieces. |

Hi
That was just me being cruel. It is a ranking system based on the number of posts you have made.
All the best

it all depends on the thermostat. mine cuts in at around 90-95. i know it is a little hight but it very rarely reaches that high. it may also be that my temp reading is incorrect. make a short in the fan circuit to test that the fan works. good luck

Dave`s right . Your fan temp switch is on r/h side of the rad, pull both wires off and with your key on touching them together should make the fan go. OOPS make that L/H side of rad
