Hi Guys,
SAD is almost upon us and I'm really looking forward to it. Turnout this year is going to be very high and hopefully the weather will be great too. All in all fine ingredients for a good event hopefully.
As Ian M pointed out, there won't be model specific parking at the event - it'll be done on a 'first come, first served basis'. If we want to park together we'll need to arrive in convoy. In order to do this I'm coordinating a convoy meet outside of Duxford which includes us and the guys from alfaowner. Please put your name on the list below if you want to be part of the convoy (this means we'll wait for you/ look out of you). Please also take note of convoy meet details and timings:

I would look to leave at about 6am or 6:15. Let me know what suits you. What's a convenient place to meet and I'll be there. |

Let me have your address and i can get to you for 6.30am?, the journey on a sunday shold only take 2hrs max, I have been working in cambridge town last week and the journey took 1hr 30 in a van.

Did you meant to say Junction 8 or 8a of the M11?
I'll be there, was hoping to meet up with people comming from the south before your meeting point.

I'm very sorry (SAD in fact) to be not coming this weekend. I've been really looking forward to a big 33 get together but other commitments this weekend preclude it.
I hope you chaps all have a smashing, sunny and reliable weekend. Enjoy the museum too, there's some smashing stuff at Duxford.

All being well, we'll be there with the 33, but the convoy is too early, so we'll probably be in with the Mitos and 159 estates!

Probably gonna do a two car convoy with my Dad in his Minari, leaving Watford Herts about 10am, so i guess we'll be there by 12.

I'm not going to even attempt to get me, my wife and a 6 year old to bishops stortford for 8.45am on a Sunday! They're only coming for the educational value of the museum.

Well the 33 wont be coming tomorrow as it has a fuel leak- see other post.
Really disappointed. I'll either be in the Fiat with the family or co-pilot of my Dad's Minari.
