Who is planning to attend this event then? it's in Oxford & judging by the amount of trade stalls they are planning to have there it should be a decent event. There are a number of 33's currently being "sorted" (including a few having full resprays) ready for the event. Mac in Devon is currently having his whits 16v done & will be there & also David Fedasco is close to finishing his gold 16v. So lets all get there guys! _________________ 155 sportpack

If we've still got the 33 we'll be there.
Will the cars be parked by model?
(that's 'by model' not 'by a model' I'm not expecting to hand the key to Jodie Kidd). _________________ '93 Black 33 1.7 16v |

Just reading the latest club magazine and it says there will be section parking.
Area sections I believe from the way it's worded.
Mr Hide may be able to clarify _________________ Presntly own

Yes SAD will have AROC section parking.
NAD at Newby Hall will have model parking (unfortunately not by Jodie Kidd),
However, as the AROC North East section of which I am now a part no longer exists at the moment I will also have nowhere to go unless I join my old Central Sussex section.
An interesting plan might be for me to organise the North East section as a 33 section
Otherwise we'll just have to go into general parking. _________________ Owner's Club 33 Registrar. Now from P4 & S2 1.7 QV

Good good goody good good. Already had 4 fellow 33 owners confirm they will be there & none of them have been to a show before, will be good to see new machines there. Also there may be a sportwagon there with a 4x4 system. _________________ 155 sportpack

Only register parking for cars that AROC want there, not us.
I will see what I can do. _________________ Owner's Club 33 Registrar. Now from P4 & S2 1.7 QV

I like your thinking. For the boys in the Surrey/ Hampshire area, I'm up for a convoy drive to said rendezvous point. Let me know who you are and where you're coming from and we can sort out the convoy. Nnamdi |

So guys, what are we boys around the Surrey/ Hampshire doing? Are we going over in convoy?
Iain, Alan, you boys know all the 33/Sud guys from around this way. You up for organising a convoy? |

If I'm honest I'm not a huge convoy fan. I find keeping the convoy together can distract one from the important bits of driving. Also there is always the sticky subject of speed limit adherence (I'm afraid I'm a stickler for 30s, 40s and in most case 50s).
However I'm happy to convoy for twenty minutes or so into the event so we just need a collection point within 10 miles or so. _________________ '93 Black 33 1.7 16v |

Seems like a good place to meet and convoy to the venue. I'm still up for meeting up before that with the Surrey/ Hampshire (and co) boys to drive together to the next meeting place. |

I got conformation today that we will have our own register parking on the day, Paul will be there early to guide fellow 33'ers to the correct place. We have about 15 spaces reserved. _________________ 155 sportpack

A convoy may still be a good idea, just in case they change their mind.
We are lucky to get this as it's supposed to be section parking in the main and it might upset other registers who didn't get it, which would be amusing. _________________ Owner's Club 33 Registrar. Now from P4 & S2 1.7 QV

Well we are a section, just located in cyberspace rather than geographically. Oh and some of us don't pay any subs (cough). _________________ '93 Black 33 1.7 16v |
