Does anybody know how many tours for the closest position are necessary for a good running of the engine?I don't found a vacuumeter and my exhaust sistem is "piercing" For Dellorto's DRLA on an 1.7 engine(8v). _________________ Please,I need to know the level in the float chamber for the DELLORTO 40DRLA(Alfa 33,1.7).Can I find a Manual to download for the 2' series? |

You know I use exactly 3.5 turns.It seems OK before i've used 2 turns! but in the firsts gears then I press fully the accelerator it takes 1 second to do nothing and after to run.Any ideas? |

Does anyone know how far out it should be on the 87 1,5 with twin webber 32s? Mine is very thirsty and I know something is fishy... |

For excessive thirst I would suspect float levels. This would show up with a slowing of the idle,particularlywhen sitting at the lights. The Dellortos are prone to this with their plastic floats. You can usually see this with the aircleaner off. If the level is excessively high, the carbs will dribble out the rear mains on idle.
