Well this is what most look like
This one has Q4 badge?
Mine as it is now
So whats correct and has anyone got any?
Not sure what I will do yet, but the ones on are going thats for sure

IMHO the 33 q4 setup looks nicest.
I think the badges should be on the lower part of the bootlid under the 'fold', they look a bit strange on that top red one.
There was/is a new permanent4 badge o ebay recently- might have been Alex - 33bits.
I think i've got an 's' somewhere if you get really stuck.

Never spotted the badges above the line would look better lower down now you pointed that out 
Do they fit below the line? should they below the line?

From factory the rear badges were on the lower part of the tailgate.
The positioning on the first picture is also wrong.
The spacing between the "33", "S", etc..., is closer. However, the Permanent 4 bit is OK.

The Q4 arrived latter. It lost the turbine alloys (replaced by "split" rims), and the interior got darker, with suede/leather recaros
Just a curiosity...
The press pictures from Alfa For the P4, showed a 33 with a small "s", instead of a capital "S"...
Explanation (possible):
They used the small "s" from the 33 1.3S from the series 2

Got my badges today, cheers Alex, the leaf has its stem missing so wont use that but for the price thats fine, the main ones i wanted are new
