I am having one final go on AO to try and sort things out.

If it doesn't work, and people like Kev and others head here, then I may well do so lock stock and barrel.

I think others have tried to sort out things on AO before and it has not made any difference, so the way things are going probably, I am going to join Kev and hopefully encourage others to come here.

There are some other suggestions afoot, but more on that later....

Some reasonable debate being undermined by a couple of AO heros.

I can't see it going anywhere but am amazed the thread is still there.

Well welcome all, our moderators are great guys (I think we have 1 somewhere, hiding in a shed in Wales)

Been chatting to Edward today, AO really is in a bit of a mess at the mo, kinda funny to see it from a non involved spectators view. Very Happy

A quick update from me.

I am trying my level best to see if there is any 'middle ground' over on AO. Not 100 percent sure why I am bothering. It seems that some of the senior mods / staff have taken an interest. Time will tell if I have been strung along.

I am nervous that other people have tried to do this in the past and I am just wasting my time.

Anyway, staff / mods seem to have gone quiet, I suppose it is Saturday evening! Going to monitor what now happens on AO and see where it leads, if it leads anywhere at all.

You're doing a good job trying to close the gap. But it can't go anywhere without the response from the senior mods.

Well... it looks that way.

I thought it was a pretty valiant effort, but looks like it has come to nothing. I was getting some PM's from PaulR on a number of issues, was expecting one perhaps saying that he was about to close the thread, but sadly no.

Kev, as Chris mentioned, do you know if there is any way in which we could delete all our threads from AO and port them over here?

I guess there may not be - but worth asking the question.....
