A Soul's Bane: You must have completed the A Soul's Bane quest, which introduces you to the mysterious Shamanic cult and serves as the precursor to this quest.

Starting the Quest
To begin the Temple of the Eye quest, head to The Temple of Ikov, which is located to the north-east of Taverley. If you're unfamiliar with the location, the Temple of Ikov is accessible by traveling west of the Shilo Village, near the Shilo River.
