I have the car more then a year. I don't sell the car, because i love this car to much.
It is the same as the one you did see on alfaforum.nl I came from holland and talks on a lot of pages on the internet. I can't write and speaks english very well, but witk writing on this pages i learn a lot....

The car is lowered by madeno 45mm front and 30 mm at the back. I can't go lower, because the front bumper touch the ground regularly and my skirt also.

OK, sounds good. I was just worried that my rims would come into contact with my wheelarches. I'm also running 195/50 R15's.

But 45 mm is really low! My specialist recommended 35 and nothing lower!

PS - Sorry, I mistook your car for a 1.4! Laughing

My wheels or tires don't touch my wheelarches, but at the back the wheelarches are a little bit changed. Inside you feel al little ledge, and that ledge is now changed.

Lowering 45mm is the lowerst set you can get for the 33, without changing your hole u-frame (chassis). It's nice to see, but sometimes it's not nice to drive (you have to be very carefully, because you hit the ground sometimes)

And my car isn.t an 1.4. I have a 1.7 16V with squadrachip, K&N and very soon a complete RVS exhaust system.

So, if I'm also lowering my back 30 mm I'd have to change that rear wheelarch lip?

Is your car fitted with spacers?

About the 1.4 thing, I saw an advert on alfaforum.nl of another black 33 with a rare savali spoiler and blacked-out windows. I didn't pay much attention to it (so had no idea it was a 1.4), so when I saw your car I thought it may have been that one on the forum. Wink

He, i'm not angry about you thougt my car is an 1.4.

But about the wheels, i don't juse spacers. I have ronals with a originel alfa wheels so the will fit without spacers. Only at the back what i said before. I think that it also has to do with car's without lower springs. My tyres are 195/50/15.
Mayby very soon that i will have 16 inch wheels because i have a rear axle with brake pads (?) and on the front very nice OMP pads and i want to see more of that stuff.

Hi - is het noodzakelijk om de wielkasten achter aantepassen als je de auto met 30 mm verlaagd, of heb je dit gedaan als voorbereiding voor de 16 inch velgen?

I just asked whether it is absolutely necessary to modify the rear wheel arches when lowering the car by 30mm.

Seems that I'm lucky. There apparently isn't any contact between the tyres and rear wings.
