When I first got my 87 33 1.7 the choke was working fine, however I am unable to pull it out far enough now for it to have any effect. Any suggestions? Joel |

Hi,
Based on previous posts and personal experience - at least with temperature slightly below frezing (this is not bad for Australia),l I have not had the need to use choke (this is on a 1.7 twin carb) and it has started everytime that it has been required to so do.

Hi there,
john's right don't bother using it,when i had my twin carb 1.7,i had it tuned at an alfa garage and they said not to use it,so i did'nt and it was fine.just give the throttle two pump's and turn the key.
