How can I/you tell the difference between a 16v alternator and a series two 8v one?  Also this is in the wrong section. (for sale and wanted would be more applicable.)

Again, I've probably got one if someone could tell me how to differentiate between 16v ones and series two 8v ones.

they are the same i have one off 8v and 16v no difference in them.
