I have always found Alfashop very helpful, knowledgable, and reasonably priced. They also deliver quickly.
I will be ordering some stuff later today.

I have just been onto them and placed an order for my 8 valve 33 engine.
Including valve lifters which may or may not be in this country.

Hi,

I have a new boxed genuine AR 16v inlet camshaft as an 'incase' part.

It is for the late (cat) 16v 33 and 145 16v boxer.

If yours is the later engine, and you're desperate, give me a PM. I don't want to give it away, but don't think I'd have time to fit it in any eventuallity anyway.

It may be suitable for the non-cat 16v, but probably has slightly different timing???

John

Hi John,
Thanks very much for the offer.
But I have taken the top ends apart and cam wear is minimal, surprisingly...

and
the Alfashop.co.uk came back to me within a couple of hours with all prices i requested. good showing from them!
as did EB spares, but they dont do 33`s. Sad
Nothin from clovertech yet tho.....

Yes AMAZING about EB Spares. They used to do Sud and 33 parts. But they say "we were never keen on the 33 or sud, and therefore no longer supply parts for these vehicles". Pity.
