Cleaning doesnt solve all your problems
Cleaning, is a good start, but after cleaning, you should set them up correctly and syncronize the carbs...
Also, carb cleaners, are very agressive to carb gaskets. You should instead, take them out and clean them with gasoline and a brush.
After that, dry them with compressed air, and put them back on the engine.
All you need to do after that, is set them up correctly
