Hi guys Im just back from honeymooning in malta where I visited the malta classic car museum which had some fantastic cars on display including a pristine low mileage series 2 sport wagon. Pics at link below.
I also noticed while there that there are alot of 33's on the road,mainly series3 but I saw some 1's and 2's as well.
Thinking of going back to try and buy one as they drive on the same side as us (rhd) and due to the climate they dont rust.

Hi,

Went to Malta 9 years ago, and then there were quite a few suds and sprints about then. I too considered the possibility of importing a rot free sprint. I think back then they had no MOT, so they mechanical condition of the cars may have been a little dubious. Our Hire Suzuki Jeep was a bloody death trap!
