My reversing light has stopped working on my series 3 33, so I thought probably a failed bulb.

Removed the bulb, it was in good order, yet the contacts were a bit corroded, on the lamp and the holder, cleaned everything up and it still isnt working, fitted another bulb just incase, still no luck.

Thinkng possibly the reversing switch.

Where exactly is it, (on the gearbox im assuming) but whats the best way to get to it, and its location please.

(all the other bulbs in the lamp cluster are working so assuming its not an earth fault?)

Underneath. If you raise the left side you should be able to see it.

Obviously make sure the car is safely supported before sliding under.
