Hi Pete,

It varies between Shell Helix (usually 15 - 50) and Penrite (about same grade). Both are semi synthetics. I've also used Castrol. Oil change is usually between 6,000 and 10,000kms with filter about every 10,000 kms and I don't need to add any oil between the changes. I've done a lot of highway driving, which probably has helped.
