is there a way to make my gearbox tighter? After some upgrades my car handles beautifully, but the gearbox is so loose Sad Even our 98 nissan almera is tighter! and thats defintely not a sportscar!!

Where can i buy whatever i need to make it tighter? And what do i need to do!?

You could try looking at the gear box linkage under the car. Generally the gearbox on the 33 is loose though.

Hi Very Happy
Nissan Almera???? Evil or Very Mad Laughing Laughing
Of course the box is tighter on that car. Japanese cars have "precision gearbox selectors". Surprised
Italian cars were always famous by doodgy gear selection (Although some were worse than others) Sad
33´s were one of the worses, and by no means you can expect to have an "good as japanese gear selection". Shocked
However check your gear linkage. Change the bush on the base of the gearlever, the bushes on the fork, and the bushes that hold the back support to the box & to the body...in some cases it pays off to change the fork itself... Cool
Hope this helps
